What about an Indoor market for crafts, foods, etc. If a building was available then units within the building could be 'rented' out on a weekly basis.

That sounds like a great idea. I had a look at the council building today, would that do. Only kidding What springs to mind is the community hall they want to build at Pirsons bridge. That could be a good location in the future.
